This completion marks the execution of the Asset Transfer Agreement, which was originally dated May 14, 2026, and involved TVS Motor (Singapore) Pte. Ltd (TVSM Singapore), a wholly owned subsidiary of TVS Motor Company Limited.
Regarding the transaction, the company stated that there has been no alteration in the shareholding structure between TVSM Singapore and TVS EBike. As a result of the completed transfer and continued shareholding stability, TVS EBike continues to operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of TVSM Singapore. Consequently, it remains a step down wholly owned subsidiary of TVS Motor Company Limited.
