
TV Vision Ltd faces Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process after NCLT admits Financial Creditor's application
The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, has orally pronounced an order admitting the application filed by Punjab National Bank regarding the initiation of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) against TV Vision Ltd.The ruling was delivered on July 30, 2026. The decision relates to the application submitted by Punjab National Bank, identified as a Financial Creditor, under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC).
Following this oral pronouncement by the NCLT, the Company is awaiting the detailed written order from the Tribunal. Management stated that upon receipt of the complete order, TV Vision Ltd will promptly submit it to the relevant Stock Exchanges, along with any further required disclosures.
