TV Vision Limited Receives Order As NCLT Dismisses Insolvency Petition Filed by Swami Films Entertainment Private Limited​

TV Vision Limited has received an order from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, confirming that a petition filed against the company by Swami Films Entertainment Private Limited has been dismissed as infructuous.

The proceedings relate to a petition filed under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC), which was initiated by Swami Films Entertainment Private Limited in its capacity as an Operational Creditor. This action was taken against TV Vision Limited before the NCLT, Mumbai Bench.

The company confirmed that it received the Order from the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal on August 7, 2026. As a result of this order, the proceedings initiated by the Operational Creditor under Section 9 of the IBC stand disposed of.
