Tribunal Directs JSW Energy Limited To Conduct Meetings Over Scheme of Arrangement
JSW Energy Limited has been directed by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, to convene meetings for its Equity Shareholders and Unsecured Creditors concerning an ongoing Scheme of Arrangement. The order was issued on June 2nd, 2026.The Tribunal mandated that the company conduct these meetings within 70 days from the receipt of the order, which dated back to June 3rd, 2026.
