The transaction resulted in the company's issued and paid-up capital increasing to Rs 22,88,20,100/-. This new capital structure comprises a total of 2,28,82,010 equity shares, each with a face value of Rs 10/-. The newly allotted equity shares will rank pari-passu with the company's existing equity shares.
The company noted that there are a total of 21,16,500 warrants outstanding for conversion. These warrant holders retain the right to convert their instruments into an equal number of Equity Shares by paying the remaining 75% of the issue price, which is Rs 60/- per warrant, within 18 months from the date of the initial warrant allotment.
