The Board meeting also approved a proposal to raise funds through the issuance of equity shares or other eligible securities via a Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP). The approved aggregate amount for this fundraising does not exceed Rs. 600 Crore (Rupees Six Hundred Crore Only).

To secure necessary shareholder approval, the company approved a draft Postal Ballot Notice. This notice seeks shareholder consent for both the QIP and the alteration of the Main Object Clause of the MOA.

Significant UAE Investment Approved​

Furthering its international expansion, the Board approved a substantial investment in Transrail Trading LLC, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary incorporated in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The investment amounts to AED 15,300,000.

This injection of capital increases the share capital of Transrail Trading LLC from AED 13,000,000 to AED 28,300,000. The transaction involves subscribing to 15,300 equity shares of AED 1,000 each.
