Transformers & Rectifiers (India) Limited (TARIL), a major manufacturer of power and specialty transformers, announced strong financial and operational results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The performance was attributed to robust execution, sustained demand, and a significant order book that provides strong visibility for future growth.

For the fiscal year 2026, the company recorded standalone revenue from operations of Rs.2,395 crore, marking a year-on-year increase of approximately 23%. Profitability metrics also showed substantial growth, with EBITDA climbing to approximately Rs.370 crore, up about 17% year-on-year, and Profit After Tax (PAT) rising to Rs.225 crore, achieving a growth of around 20% YoY.

Q4 Performance and Future Visibility​

Focusing on the fourth quarter of FY26, TARIL reported revenue from operations of Rs.752 crore, reflecting a year-on-year growth of about 16%. The PAT for the quarter stood at Rs.77 crore, indicating stable profitability.

Operationally, the company noted continued momentum with order inflows of approximately Rs.2,374 crore during FY26. As of March 31, 2026, the unexecuted order book stood at around Rs.5,005 crore, reinforcing strong revenue visibility. Furthermore, TARIL continues to maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities across domestic and international markets, with inquiries under negotiation exceeding Rs.23,000 crore.

Strategic Plans and Outlook​

Mr. Satyen J. Mamtora, Managing Director & CEO, commented that the consistent performance in FY26 demonstrates the strength of the company's execution capabilities and disciplined operational approach. He stated that the healthy order inflows and strong order book provide clear visibility for the coming periods.

To support its growth trajectory, the company is undertaking a planned capital expenditure investment of approximately Rs.600 crore over the next 15 months to enhance capacity. TARIL's continued growth is expected to be supported by improvements in manufacturing efficiency, supply chain optimization, and project execution.

TARIL is positioned to benefit from sustained investments in India's power transmission and infrastructure sectors. The company’s services span key sectors including power generation, transmission, distribution, renewable energy, railways, and steel, serving leading utilities, EPC players, and industrial customers across India and overseas.
