Jaipur, July 31, 2026: Transcorp International Limited, a key player in financial services encompassing foreign exchange, payment solutions, remittances, and financial inclusion services, announced its un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company reported substantial growth across revenue and profitability, bolstered by significant strategic achievements within India's digital payments ecosystem.

The company delivered a strong start to FY2026-27. Revenue from operations increased significantly, supported by continued expansion in its foreign exchange, payment solutions, and remittance businesses. Improved operating efficiency, coupled with disciplined cost management and lower finance costs, led to a 175% surge in Profit Before Tax (PBT) during the quarter.

Financial highlights for the first quarter of FY2026-27 are summarized below:

In addition to the financial performance, the company achieved several critical strategic milestones during the quarter. The Reserve Bank of India granted Transcorp International Limited membership in both INFINET and the Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) System. This accreditation has onboarded the company as an INFINET Member and Type 'D' RTGS Member, enabling direct participation in the RBI’s Centralised Payment Systems (CPS) to initiate and settle RTGS and NEFT transactions.

Further strengthening its commitment to financial inclusion, Transcorp was empanelled as a Business Correspondent (BC) of Indian Overseas Bank for providing Customer Service Point (CSP) services. This partnership is set to extend banking services through the company's expanding BC network, which currently covers over 1250 locations across India.

Management commented that they are pleased with the strong performance in FY2026-27, noting that focused expansion in core foreign exchange, remittance, and payment businesses, combined with disciplined cost control, resulted in significant operational improvement. The RBI's grant of INFINET and RTGS membership was described as a defining milestone toward becoming a technology-enabled financial services institution, while the BC empanelment reinforces the commitment to expanding access to formal banking services in underserved regions.

Looking ahead, Transcorp International remains dedicated to expanding its footprint across foreign exchange, payment solutions, digital payments, and financial inclusion businesses. The company intends to continue strengthening its operational capabilities and technology infrastructure to capitalize on emerging opportunities within India’s rapidly evolving financial landscape.
