Titan Company Appoints Srinivasan Varadarajan as Additional Director​

Titan Company Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Srinivasan Varadarajan as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent) effective April 1, 2026. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Board Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Varadarajan’s appointment is subject to shareholder approval and is for a term of five years.

Mr. Srinivasan Varadarajan brings over three decades of experience in financial services to the role. He previously served as the Non-Executive Chairman of Union Bank of India and Deputy Managing Director of Axis Bank. As a financial advisor, he has worked with banks, NBFCs, and corporate firms. He also served as Managing Director and Head of Markets with J.P. Morgan (JPM) in India and CEO of J.P. Morgan Chase Bank in India.

Mr. Varadarajan holds an engineering degree from the College of Engineering, Anna University, Chennai and an MBA from the IIM, Calcutta. He is currently an Independent Director of India Debt Resolution Company Limited, AMC Repo Clearing Corporation Ltd, and Institutional Investors Advisory Services Ltd (IiAS), and serves on the SEBI AIF committee.

Mr. Varadarajan is not related to any existing Director, Key Managerial Personnel, or Promoter of Titan Company Limited. He is not debarred from accessing capital markets or restricted from holding director positions in listed companies.
