Tirupati Foam Ltd has approved the sale of a surplus land parcel, along with the associated building, located in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The transaction involves the sale of the land, which was used for minimal production operations, and is set to be executed in the near future.

The company's Board of Directors approved the sale on July 20, 2026. The property being sold measures approximately 9325 Sq. Meters and is situated at Plot No.5, Ecotech I Extension, Greater Noida Industrial Area. Neumann Components Pvt Ltd has been identified as the proposed purchaser for the land and building.

The sale of the surplus land parcel is anticipated to bring a total consideration not less than Rs 30 Crore, based on the Valuation Report. The agreement between Tirupati Foam Ltd and the buyer, Neumann Components Pvt Ltd, is yet to be executed and remains subject to approval by the company's shareholders at its upcoming Annual General Meeting.

The transaction details reveal that the land was used for a unit of minimal production within the larger Greater Noida industrial area. This particular production unit has since been suspended, with all machinery shifted to an adjacent plot. The Board confirmed that this sale does not constitute the undertaking or substantially the whole of the undertaking for Tirupati Foam Ltd.

The company noted that the proposed purchaser is an independent party and is unrelated to any promoter or promoter group. Furthermore, the transaction has been determined not to fall within the ambit of related party transactions. The sale is expected to be completed within six months, subject to compliance with all applicable laws.

Stock Price Movement​

Closing today, shares of Tirupati Foam Ltd settled at ₹219.81, seeing a dip of 0.69% on Monday. The stock traded through its intraday range, moving between a low of ₹215 and a high of ₹222.98.
