Classic Filaments Ltd Approves New Corporate Office in Faridabad
Classic Filaments Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved the establishment of a new corporate office location. The approval was finalized during the board meeting held on Thursday, April 23, 2026.The board resolution sanctioned setting up the Company's corporate office at C-839, 8th Floor, Vipul Plaza, Sector-81, Faridabad-122004. The approval also included the authorization of officials to undertake all necessary statutory and regulatory compliances associated with establishing the new corporate location.
In addition to establishing the new office, the board approved that the company's records will be maintained there. According to the notice, the books of accounts, statutory registers, records, and other relevant documents will be kept at the Faridabad address. These records will be maintained alongside those records that are required to be kept at the Registered Office under applicable law.
