Thyrocare Technologies Ltd. Announces Trading Window Closure
Thryrocare Technologies Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for trading in the company's equity shares, effective April 1, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s Code of Conduct for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026. The date for the board meeting to consider these results will be communicated to the stock exchanges at a later time.
