According to details provided, Aura Flow Private Limited contributed a net worth of INR 3.04 million, representing 1.46% of Thrive Future Habitats Limited’s consolidated net worth, during the last financial year. The company reported no revenue contribution from Aura Flow Private Limited.

The Board of Directors of Aura Flow Private Limited approved the transfer of shares in a meeting held on March 30, 2026. No agreement for sale was executed between the parties; the transaction was undertaken based on mutually agreed terms.

Ms. Mei Ling Foon Ming Lee, the buyer, possesses over 25 years of experience in supply chain management, product sourcing, and business development. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Loreto College, Kolkata and has completed professional courses in business intelligence and AI.
