Standalone Financial Performance​

For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, Thomas Cook recorded Total Income of ₹8,825.3 million in the standalone operations. The company reported Net Profit for the quarter at ₹587.2 million, an increase from ₹555.4 million recorded during the quarter ended June 30, 2025. For the current quarter, Financial Services generated a pre-tax profit of ₹353.0 million, while Leisure Hospitality & Resorts business posted a loss of ₹4.0 million, compared to a loss of ₹5.9 million in Q2 FY2025.

Consolidated Group Results​

The consolidated results showed Revenue from Operations at ₹20,918.9 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This reflects a decrease from the ₹24,079.6 million generated in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. Profit before Tax (PBT) stood at ₹882.5 million, down from ₹1,112.9 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.

The conglomerate’s performance across segments provided a diversified view, with Digital Imaging Services reporting revenue of ₹1,307.0 million and incurring an expense (loss) of ₹152.1 million for the quarter. Travel and Related Services contributed ₹404.5 million towards pre-tax profit in the current period.

Major Corporate Updates​

Scheme of Arrangement:
The company's Board previously approved a Composite Scheme of Arrangement concerning Thomas Cook (India) Limited (TCIL) and its wholly owned subsidiaries, including Sterling Holiday Resorts Limited (SHRL), TC Visa Services (India) Limited (TCVSL), Jardin Travel Solution Limited (JTSL), and Borderless Travel Services Limited (BTSL). The Scheme includes the demerger of the Resorts and Resort Management business into SHRL. Under the proposed demerger, shareholders of TCIL are set to receive shares of SHRL in a ratio of 81 shares for every 100 shares held in TCIL.

Asset Sale:
During the financial year ended March 31, 2026, the Company successfully sold immovable property located in Udyog Vihar Phase III, Gurugram (Haryana). This transaction resulted in a profit of ₹177.4 million net of tax from the sale of fixed assets, which was reported under exceptional items for the year ended March 31, 2026.

Tax Regime Transition:
The company has opted to transition to the New Tax Regime effective from FY 2026-27 as per the Income-tax Act, 2025 (as amended by the Finance Act, 2026). The re-measurement of deferred tax liabilities resulted in a one-time credit of ₹35.9 million under "Tax expense" for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
