Thejo Engineering Secures Initial Order from Vale, Brazil for Mill Liners​

Thejo Engineering Limited has received the first tranche of orders from Vale, an international entity in Brazil, following the successful completion of plant trials. This marks a significant development in securing a supply contract with the global company.

The initial purchase order covers two complete sets of THOR-R and THOR-M Mill Liners under a three-year supply agreement established with Vale. These orders are scheduled for delivery by October 2026.

The combined value of this first tranche totals USD 0.89 million, which is approximately ₹8.46 crore.

The company confirmed that the purchase order constitutes a normal course of business and will not be categorized as a related party transaction. The promoters and promoter group companies do not have any interest in the entity awarding the purchase order.

Today, shares of Thejo Engineering Limited edged higher, closing at ₹1937.00 and gaining 2.23% in post-market trading. The stock achieved this move on a volume of 8,213 shares.
