  • Self-attested copy of Permanent Account Number (PAN).
  • A Tax Residency Certificate (TRC) issued by the tax authorities of the country of residence.
  • A self-declaration in Form No. 41.
  • A declaration confirming eligibility for the relevant Tax Treaty, if applicable.

Shareholder Record Keeping and Compliance​

The Great Eastern Shipping Company requires shareholders to maintain up-to-date records concerning their tax residential status, PAN, registered email addresses, mobile numbers, and correct banking details. The company emphasized that TDS will be deducted based on the information available with its RTA.

Shareholders who experience a change in residential status are required to update this information by August 7, 2026.
