Thangamayil Jewellery Ltd has reported substantial revenue growth for the Akshaya Tritiya sales of the current fiscal year, achieving Rs. 279.27 Crores. This figure marks a significant increase compared to the Rs. 158.80 Crores recorded in the corresponding previous year, translating to an incremental growth of 75.87% on a Year-over-Year (YOY) basis.The company also noted that the sale of non-gold items contributed positively to the overall performance. Non-gold revenue increased by 61% this Akshaya Tritiya, reaching Rs. 17.99 Crores, up from Rs. 11.17 Crores in the last year.
Despite a 59% YOY increase in the gold price, the company maintained strong operational volume. Total gold volume sold stood at 183.20 kg, showing a volume growth of 15.14% compared to the 159.11 kg sold during the previous year.
