Tembo Group Commences Solar Power Generation at Four Sites in Maharashtra

These operational sites are strategically located across Maharashtra, comprising three facilities in the Dhule District and one facility in Jalgaon.The commencement of these projects underscores Tembo Group's commitment to diversifying its business portfolio while establishing a sustainable presence within the renewable energy sector. Commenting on this development, Managing Director of Tembo Global Industries, Mr. Sanjay J. Patel, stated that the launch serves as a major milestone in the growth of the company's renewable energy business. He added that solar energy is a critical element of the Group's long-term and diversification strategy. The successful operation of these sites reflects the commitment to building sustainable businesses while meeting growing renewable energy demands in India.
Tembo Global Industries Limited, incorporated in 2010, operates as a prominent industrial entity. The company specializes in the production and assembly of metal components for sectors including oil and gas, chemicals, construction, power, shipbuilding, nuclear, HVAC, and OEM installations. Tembo is also a fabrication and installation specialist in MS plate, ductile pipes, and HDB pipes and fittings.
The organization has maintained an export-driven status, earning the distinction of a 2 Star Export House. While the company ventured into the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contracting arena in 2023 and expanded interests into the textile trading market, the diversification into solar power is a more recent development from 2024.
