The allotment process for the Rs 251-crore Technocraft Ventures public issue is expected to be finalized today, bringing resolution to keen investors. The company’s debut on the stock market remains highly anticipated, backed by a robust subscription response and a rising Grey Market Premium (GMP).

Currently, the IPO's GMP stands at 12.74%, indicating positive market sentiment ahead of its scheduled listing. This premium has risen steadily from earlier estimates, suggesting strong investor confidence in the company’s growth trajectory.

The IPO garnered significant interest across all segments during its subscription period. The issue was subscribed a total of 38.69 times, with bids received for 32.17 crore shares against 83.17 lakh shares offered.

Demand was high in the institutional and non-institutional categories. The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion saw a subscription of 42.26 times. Similarly, the non-institutional investors portion reached a strong figure of 65.06 times against the shares reserved for this segment.

The retail investor portion also witnessed considerable demand, being subscribed 25.35 times. This was in comparison to the 41.58 lakh shares initially set aside for retail participation.

Financial Strength and Use of Proceeds​

Technocraft Ventures reported solid financial improvements in FY26, demonstrating operational strengthening. Total income rose 23% year-on-year to Rs 347 crore, up from Rs 281 crore in the previous fiscal year.

Profitability also showed a substantial jump. Profit after tax (PAT) climbed 54% to reach Rs 43.32 crore in FY26, compared with Rs 28.20 crore reported in FY25. These figures underscore the company’s robust business performance.

The IPO structure includes a fresh issue of 95 lakh shares, valued at Rs 201.51 crore, and an Offer For Sale (OFS) comprising 24 lakh shares worth Rs 50.37 crore. The firm has set the IPO price band between Rs 200 and Rs 212 per share.

Corporate Profile and Future Outlook​

Technocraft Ventures Ltd., established in October 1998, operates as an infrastructure development company specializing in turnkey Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects. The company executes major infrastructure work primarily for state governments and government agencies across northern India.

Its service portfolio is wide, covering Water & Wastewater Infrastructure, Roads & Highways, Urban Infrastructure, and Trenchless & Micro-Tunnelling Works. As a result of the IPO proceeds, roughly Rs 150 crore is earmarked to strengthen working capital requirements. This allocation aims to support business expansion and improve operational efficiency.

The company’s market debut is tentatively scheduled for August 14 on both the NSE and BSE. Khambatta Securities acts as the book-running lead manager, while Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd. holds the position of registrar.
