Technocraft Industries Discontinues Fabric Division Operations Due to Prolonged Losses

Technocraft Industries (India) Limited has announced the discontinuation of manufacturing operations at its Fabric Division located in Murbad, District Thane, Maharashtra. This decision comes after management determined that the division had been incurring continued losses amid adverse market conditions over a prolonged period.

The discontinuance means that the Fabric Segment will be excluded from the standalone financial statements of Technocraft Industries (India) Limited moving forward.

Despite this operational shift in the fabric sector, the company confirmed that its Garment business segment will continue uninterrupted. This garment manufacturing is handled through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Technocraft Fashions Limited, which operates facilities in Amravati, Maharashtra, and Betul, Madhya Pradesh.

Furthermore, Technocraft Industries stated that its Yarn Division will maintain normal operations. The Group possesses yarn manufacturing capabilities at Amravati across two entities: Technocraft Industries (India) Limited and its wholly owned subsidiary, Technocraft Textiles Limited.
