Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced a significant strategic push into digital and industrial transformation, signing two Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with Siemens Energy AG and Siemens Energy India Limited. The partnership is designed to strengthen the collaboration between the technology giant and the energy sector leader across IT services, digital and industrial AI initiatives, data centers, and emerging technologies.

The joint effort aims to accelerate AI-led industrial transformation and build sustainable, resilient digital infrastructure. By merging TCS's advanced capabilities in AI, data, and engineering with Siemens Energy AG's extensive expertise in power generation, electrification, and grid technologies, the collaboration seeks to advance intelligent operations and next-generation energy solutions.

A key component of the alliance involves Siemens Energy India Limited supporting TCS's HyperVault business. This support specifically addresses the growing and complex energy demands posed by AI-ready data centers in India.

The agreements build on a relationship that has spanned over two decades. In terms of scale, TCS reported generating consolidated revenues of over US $30 billion in the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026.
