
Indian IT Majors Continue Strong Presence in Global IT Services Landscape
India’s leading information technology companies continue to assert their dominance globally, with Tata Consultancy Services and Infosys retaining their positions as the world’s second and third most valuable IT services brands, respectively, as per the latest IT Services 25 2026 rankings released by Brand Finance.India matched the United States in overall representation, with both countries featuring eight companies each among the world’s top 25 IT services brands.
Accenture Holds Top Position; TCS Remains Second
The report showed that Accenture retained its position as the world’s most valuable IT services brand for the eighth consecutive year, with a brand value of USD 42.2 billion.TCS continued to rank as the world’s second most valuable IT services brand for the fifth year in a row. Its brand value stood at USD 21.2 billion in 2026, reflecting sustained client trust and long term relevance in global markets.
Infosys Identified as Fastest Growing IT Brand
Infosys secured the third position globally with a brand value of USD 16.4 billion. The company was identified as the fastest growing IT services brand over the past six years, recording a compound annual growth rate of 15 percent in brand value.The report highlighted strong brand performance for both TCS and Infosys across metrics such as trust, reliability, consideration, recommendation, preference, and price acceptance, supporting their high global rankings.
Other Indian IT Firms Maintain Strong Positions
Other Indian technology companies also featured prominently in the rankings. HCLTech and Wipro were placed within the top 10, while Tech Mahindra held the 12th position. LTIMindtree, Persistent Systems, and Hexaware Technologies also featured in the list.Global IT Brand Landscape
The combined brand value of the world’s top 25 IT services brands reached USD 167.2 billion in 2026. Other global companies included in the rankings were IBM Consulting, Capgemini, NTT Data, Cognizant, EPAM, and Genpact.The latest rankings reaffirm the sustained global strength of Indian IT services companies, highlighting their scale, brand credibility, and continued relevance in international markets.
