Tata Power Company Ltd Board Meeting Scheduled to Review Financial Results for FY 2026​

Tata Power Company Ltd has announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled for Tuesday, May 12, 2026. The meeting is set to consider and approve the company’s Audited Financial Results, covering both Standalone and Consolidated figures for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.

During the board meeting, the directors will also review and recommend a dividend, if any, for the financial year under consideration.

In relation to market trading, the company also provided an update regarding its trading window. The period for dealing in the company's securities was closed starting from Wednesday, March 25, 2026. Following the declaration of the financial results, the trading window will open 48 hours later.
