Global Health Ltd Allots 61,500 Equity Shares Under Employee Stock Option Scheme
Global Health Ltd announced the allotment of equity shares to its employees under its long-term share based incentive plan. The allotment of 61,500 Equity Shares was approved by the Nomination & Remuneration Committee (NRC) of the company via Resolution passed by Circulation on April 22, 2026.The shares are issued to the GHL Employees Welfare Trust (ESOP Trust) under Part - A of the GHL-Employee Long Term Share Based Incentive Plan 2024 (GHL LTIP 2024 Plan), which constitutes the GHL Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2024.
The equity shares have a face value of Rs. 2/- each and were allotted at a premium of Rs. 1,080 per share. These allotted shares are designated to be transferred to eligible employees' Demat Accounts as per the provisions of the Scheme.
