Tata Power Company Limited has approved the allotment of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) worth ₹1,500 crore. The issuance, which was secured via a private placement model, involves 7.50% unsecured, senior, redeemable, rated, and listed NCDs.

The Committee of Directors at Tata Power sanctioned the allotment on July 14, 2026. The transaction pertains to 1,50,000 units of NCDs with a face value of ₹1,00,000 each, aggregating to ₹1,500 crore. These debentures carry a tenor of five years and were issued for cash.

The allotment process utilized the multiple yield allotment method prescribed by BSE Limited. The company has determined the issue price based on this methodology.
