The interest payment mechanism for these NCDs is structured as a Fixed Rate Coupon basis, with the final determination occurring during the Electronic Bidding Platform (EBP) bidding process on BSE. Payments of the coupon/interest are scheduled annually, with the final coupon payment due on the maturity date.

These debentures are redeemable upon reaching maturity in a bullet repayment structure after five years from the deemed allotment date.

The company’s existing credit rating for these instruments is AA+/Stable, assigned by India Ratings and Research Private Limited and CRISIL Ratings Limited.
