Tata Consultancy Services Limited (TCS) has secured a major strategic deal with Porsche AG, amounting to €1.25 billion. The partnership involves the acquisition of MHP Management-und IT-Beratung GmbH ('MHP') and is set to run for five years.The deal represents a long-term commitment to industrializing Artificial Intelligence (AI) across various aspects of Porsche's operations. TCS, along with Porsche, will deploy AI technologies across Porsche's engineering, manufacturing, operations, and customer experience.
The collaboration is focused on anchoring a deep-rooted partnership to drive enterprise transformation within the automotive giant. Through this agreement, TCS will assist Porsche in delivering next-generation automotive technology services and advanced software-defined mobility platforms.
The strategic partnership will be effective starting from the closing date of the acquisition of MHP Management-und IT-Beratung GmbH.
