Tata Consultancy Services Schedules Board Meeting to Review FY26 Financial Results and Consider Dividend
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled for April 9, 2026. The meeting's agenda includes reviewing and approving the audited standalone financial results under Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) for the financial year ending March 31, 2026, and the audited consolidated financial results for the same period, encompassing the company and its subsidiaries.Furthermore, the board will deliberate on a final dividend for equity shareholders for the financial year ending March 31, 2026, which will be put to a vote at the upcoming 31st Annual General Meeting.
In compliance with the company’s insider trading policy, the trading window for TCS securities will be closed starting March 24, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are publicly released.
