Taneja Aerospace & Aviation Ltd. Announces Postal Ballot Notice for Director Appointments
Thally, Tamil Nadu, March 18, 2026 – Taneja Aerospace & Aviation Ltd. announced today that it will seek shareholder approval for the appointment of two independent directors via a postal ballot. The resolutions concern the appointment of Mr. Anil Kumar Sahu and Ms. Deepa Mathur.Mr. Sahu (DIN: 09038050) will serve as an Independent Director for a five-year term, commencing August 8, 2025, and ending August 8, 2030. Ms. Mathur (DIN: 00449912) will also serve as a Women Independent Director for a five-year term beginning August 8, 2025, and ending August 8, 2030, and will also serve as the Chairperson of the Company, effective August 8, 2025.
Shareholders can cast their votes through electronic means, with the remote e-voting period commencing on March 20, 2026, at 9:00 AM (IST) and ending on April 18, 2026, at 5:00 PM (IST). Results will be announced within two working days and posted on the company website, www.taal.co.in, and the National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) website.
