Symphony Limited Declares Interim Dividend Following Release of Q1 Financial Results​

Symphony Limited announced the outcomes of its Board meetings, confirming the approval of unaudited financial results for the first quarter ending June 30, 2026. The company also declared an interim dividend to its shareholders based on these results.

The Board of Directors considered and approved both the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Furthermore, Symphony Limited declared a first interim dividend of 1/- (50%) per equity share with a face value of 2/- each for the financial year 2026-27. The payment of this interim dividend is scheduled to be made on or before August 31, 2026.

Consolidated Financial Highlights (Q1 FY26)​

This resulted in a Profit before exceptional items and tax of 50 Crores. After accounting for exceptional items (which totaled 208 Crores), the result before tax stood at (157) Crores.

The Net profit/(loss) for the period/year was reported as (141) Crores, with Total Comprehensive Income/(Loss) reaching (133) Crores. Earnings Per Share (EPS), based on a 2/- face value, stood at 42 in the quarter.

Standalone Financial Highlights (Q1 FY26)​

For the standalone entity, Revenue from operations for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 was 241 Crores, with Total Income reaching 251 Crores. Total Expenses amounted to 169 Crores, leading to a Profit before exceptional items and tax of 41 Crores.

The standalone entity recorded Exceptional items amounting to 298 Crores. This led to a Profit/(Loss) before tax of (257) Crores. Net profit/(loss) for the period/year was reported at (166) Crores, and Total Comprehensive Income/(Loss) came to (168) Crores. Earnings Per Share (EPS), based on a 2/- face value, stood at 37 in the quarter.
