Sterling and Wilson Solar Australia Pty Ltd (SWSAPL), a subsidiary of Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Limited, has commenced arbitration proceedings against Shell New Energies Australia Pty Ltd (Shell). The action was initiated on July 14, 2026, under the London Court of International Arbitration Rules 2020.
