Chennai, May 22, 2026: SWELECT Energy Systems Ltd., formerly known as NUMERIC Power Systems Ltd., announced the approval of its Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the Quarter (Unaudited) and Year (Audited) ended March 31, 2026. The Board of Directors of the company, a leader in India's renewable energy sector, released the performance highlights covering both the fourth quarter and the full fiscal year.

The company’s consolidated results show significant year-over-year growth in profitability, with Profit After Tax (PAT) recorded at INR 57.58 crore for the fiscal year 2025 to 2026.

Quarterly and Annual Highlights​

For the fourth quarter ending March 31, 2026, the company reported a Total Income of INR 209.80 cr, compared to INR 232.86 cr in the corresponding quarter of FY25. Similarly, Revenue from operations for the quarter stood at INR 202.42 cr, down from INR 218.81 cr in Q4 of FY25.

The Earnings before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortization (EBITDA) for the quarter was INR 42.87 cr, up slightly from INR 42.67 cr reported in January - March 2025. Profit Before Tax (PBT) was recorded at INR 12.80 cr, compared to INR 15.74 cr in Q4 of FY25. Profit After Tax (PAT) for Q4 (2025 - 2026) was INR 11.09 cr, up from INR 8.98 cr in Q4 (2024 - 2025).

Analyzing the full financial year, Total Income reached INR 693.21 cr for the year ended March 31, 2026, compared to INR 668.61 cr in FY25. Revenue from operations for FY26 was INR 657.12 cr, an increase from INR 621.67 cr in FY25.

The company's EBITDA prior to exceptional items stood at INR 187.46 cr for FY26, showing improvement over the INR 143.79 cr recorded in FY25. PBT for FY26 was INR 75.57 cr, significantly higher than the INR 43.6 cr recorded in FY25. The final Profit After Tax (PAT) for 2025 - 2026 was INR 57.58 cr, a substantial jump from INR 13.98 cr in 2024 - 2025.

Management Commentary​

Commenting on the performance, Mr. R. Chellappan, Founder & Vice Chairman, SWELECT Energy Systems Ltd., stated that the deepened commitment to responsible energy and the successful launch of the Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) portfolio positions the company well for future growth. He emphasized that the focus remains on investigating and investing in manufacturing infrastructure for Solar and BESS to meet India's rising demand for locally made, reliable solar energy.

Dr. Arulkumar Shanmugasundaram, CEO & Managing Director, added that the EBITDA expansion to INR 187.46 crore in FY26 reflected a significant improvement in operating performance. He stated that the company is well positioned to achieve its goal of maintaining a 1GW Independent Power Producer (IPP) portfolio within a two-year timeframe.
