Supreme Court Dismisses Special Leave Petitions Filed by OMDC in JBIL Matter​

The Orissa Minerals Development Company Limited (OMDC) today confirmed that two Special Leave Petitions (SLPs) filed before the Supreme Court of India have been dismissed. The petitions concerned a dispute involving Jai Balaji Industries Ltd (JBIL).
