The closure aligns with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.The company will separately announce the date of the board meeting scheduled to review the standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the same period.
