String Metaverse Ltd. (formerly known as Bio Green Papers Limited) has announced a record date of Friday, April 24, 2026, for shareholders to determine eligibility for a corporate action. The action involves a sub-division or split of the company’s equity shares.The company will sub-divide one equity share with a face value of ₹10 each into ten equity shares with a face value of ₹1 each, all fully paid-up. This corporate action was previously approved by shareholders via a Postal Ballot held on March 22, 2026.
