String Metaverse Fixes Record Date for Bonus Issue of Equity Shares to Achieve Minimum Public Shareholding​

String Metaverse Ltd, formerly known as Bio Green Papers Limited, has announced the record date and timeline for the issuance of bonus equity shares. The move is aimed at achieving and maintaining prescribed Minimum Public Shareholding (MPS) requirements.

The Company has set Friday, June 19, 2026, as the Record Date to determine the entitlement of eligible public shareholders. On this date, these shareholders will be entitled to receive Bonus Equity Shares in a ratio of 2:9. This means that two Bonus Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each will be issued for every nine fully paid-up Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each held by the eligible public shareholders.

The bonus equity shares will be issued exclusively to those public shareholders who meet the eligibility criteria as of the Record Date. Consequently, Promoter and Promoter Group shareholders are not entitled to receive any bonus shares under this issuance.

In addition to the record date, the deemed date of allotment for these Bonus Equity Shares has been set for Monday, June 22, 2026.

The public shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company, covering both physical holdings and records held by Depository participants in dematerialized form, as at the close of business hours on Friday, June 19, 2026, shall be entitled to receive the bonus shares.
