STL Launches 'Neuralis' Data Center Portfolio in US, Engineered for AI Infrastructure

STL Optical Connectivity NA, LLC (STLOC), the U.S. subsidiary of Sterlite Technologies Ltd. (STL), announced the launch of Neuralis, its flagship data center connectivity solutions, at Data Center World 2026 in Washington, D.C. Neuralis is presented as a high-performance portfolio designed to meet the escalating demands of the AI-ready digital infrastructure.

As AI, hyperscale computing, and edge workloads reshape the digital landscape, STL Neuralis positions itself as the "central nervous system" for modern data centers. Drawing its name from the intricate pathways of a neural network, the portfolio delivers the seamless connectivity and ultra-high-speed processing power required for today's most demanding environments.

The product line was developed through co-creation with STL’s customers to solve complex density and space challenges inherent in building advanced data centers. STL is committed to helping U.S. Data Center operators scale their AI infrastructure with reliability and speed.

Addressing AI Traffic Shifts

Modern AI data centers are increasingly characterized by intensive East-West traffic patterns, driven by back-end networks and AI training workloads, shifting focus away from traditional North-South traffic. Neuralis addresses these critical requirements by offering a robust, integrated foundation that scales effortlessly across multiple use cases.

The STL Neuralis suite is built around two mission-critical pillars:

1. Maximizing the AI Whitespace: This capability utilizes ultra-high-density, MMC and MPO cabling to support the massive fiber counts demanded by GPU clusters. By moving terminations to the factory, STL helps reduce on-site labor risks and accelerates deployment timelines.
2. High-Speed Data Center Interconnect (DCI): Engineered specifically for the Data Center campus edge, this infrastructure ensures petabyte-scale data moves seamlessly. The flagship Celesta IBR series leads the industry with ultra-compact cables, featuring up to 6,912 rollable ribbon fibers available in SM A2 fiber with 8, 12, and 16F ribbon designs, built to withstand the intense thermal and safety requirements of AI deployments.

Vertically Integrated Connectivity

The launch of STL Neuralis further establishes STL’s unique position as a fully vertically integrated partner. The company manages the entire lifecycle of connectorization, encompassing four core stages:

  • Ultra-Pure Preform: Creation of the glass preform from silica.
  • Fiber Drawing: Precision-pulling fiber to exacting standards.
  • Advanced Cabling: Integrating fibers into the Celesta IBR series.
  • Connectorization: Delivering tested, plug-and-play pre-terminated assemblies and associated connectivity hardware.

Ankit Agarwal, Managing Director of STL, noted that, "AI demands a level of precision and density that traditional cabling simply cannot meet. With STL Neuralis, we are providing the high-speed, low-latency foundation that allows GPU clusters to perform at their peak, moving complexity out of the field and into a controlled, high-precision factory environment."

The rollout of STL Neuralis marks a significant milestone in STL's efforts to enable customers in North America. By leveraging its state-of-the-art manufacturing capabilities in Lugoff, South Carolina, STL assures hyperscalers and Neoclouds providers that they can build future-ready AI infrastructure tailored to the specific demands of the US digital economy.

STLTECH Stock Price Movement

Shares of Sterlite Technologies Limited are rallying to ₹273 as of 3:14 PM today, gaining 3.77% in live trading. The equity pushes toward its 52-week high, driven by strong momentum and high volume, with 4.65 million shares traded so far.
