State Bank of India Elects Four Directors for Central Board Term
State Bank of India announced the election of four new Directors to the Central Board of the Bank. The elected directors will serve a three-year term, commencing from June 26, 2026, and ending on June 25, 2029.The election was conducted following the General Meeting of the Shareholders, which took place on May 15, 2026. The successful candidates were determined after votes were cast through remote e-voting, which occurred between May 12, 2026, and May 14, 2026, and during the physical e-voting at the General Meeting.
