State Bank of India Concludes Issuance of USD 200 Million Senior Unsecured Floating Rate Notes​

State Bank of India has concluded the issuance of USD 200 million in Senior Unsecured Reg-S, Floating Rate Notes. This bond issuance serves as a tap for one of the bank's existing outstanding floating rate notes.

The new bonds are set to be issued through the State Bank of India London branch starting July 17, 2026. Following issuance, the notes will be listed on India INX and GIFT City.

The issuance of the Senior Unsecured Floating Rate Notes is intended to manage and restructure the bank's existing financial obligations related to the noted instrument, which originally had a maturity date of July 6, 2029.
