Indian Hotels Company Ltd has scheduled a Board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The company also provided an update regarding its trading window following the completion of the previous reporting period.

The Board meeting is slated for July 21, 2026. During this meeting, the directors are set to review and approve the Unaudited (Reviewed) Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
