Consolidated revenues increased by 11% to ₹16,384 crore in FY 2025-26. EBITDA saw a rise of 25%, reaching ₹2,089 crore, while Profit After Tax (PAT) grew by 50%, amounting to ₹74 crore.

Operational Expansion and Investment​

The company continued its commitment to capacity enhancement through significant capital allocation. Projects with an outlay of ₹1,400 crore were commissioned for the increased capacity of PCR and TBR tyres. Furthermore, another projects worth ₹1,130 crore are currently under implementation for the expansion of Commercial Tyres. The Board also approved a further investment of ₹4,980 crore for phased capacity enhancement across the business.

In terms of integration and manufacturing depth, the amalgamation of Laksar Tyre Plant became effective in December 2025. Following this acquisition, the plant’s capacity utilization improved from approximately 30% to nearly 95%, even considering the expanded operational base. This successful turnaround followed earlier acquisitions of Vikrant Tyres and Tornel Mexico.

Innovation and Product Milestones​

FY 2025-26 marked several key innovations for JK Tyre, reinforcing its commitment to smart and sustainable mobility. Highlights include:

  • The launch of India's first embedded 'SMART passenger car tyres'.
  • Commissioning of India's first tyre buffing and grinding machine at NATRAX.
  • JK Tyre becoming the first Indian tyre manufacturer to publish environmental product declarations for its Vikrant, Laksar, and Chennai Plants.

The company achieved a reduction in carbon emission intensity by 50% in FY 2025-26, surpassing its scheduled target set for 2030. In international motorsports, the Ultra High Performance JK Tyre Levitas achieved a Guinness World Record for the Highest Altitude Car Drift at 19,000 feet at Umling La Pass. Additionally, a JK Tyre protégé earned the distinction of being the first Indian to win a Formula-2 race at Monaco.

Market Presence and Sustainability Focus​

Premiumization remained central to the growth strategy, with the domestic Passenger Car Radial (PCR) mix improving to 30%. JK Tyre currently maintains partnerships with 67 OEM customers across India and Mexico. The company is actively strengthening its presence in EV segments by developing sustainable, lower rolling-resistance products.

The sales and service network remains robust, comprising over 200 offices that cover more than 90% of the country geographically. This is supported by more than 6,000 channel partners and 9,000 branded outlets known as Steel Wheels. The mobility ecosystem also serves over 1,500 fleets through its 'Truck Wheels', 'Pit Stops', and JK Retread Centre networks.

In terms of environmental stewardship, the company secured a Care Edge ESG 1+ rating, achieving an industry-best score of 81.2. It also received a Silver Rating from EcoVadis, placing it among the top 7% of global companies. Furthermore, JK Tyre was recognized among India's Most Sustainable companies among the top five automotive firms.

Corporate Governance and People Focus​

Sustainability is integrated through its SP platform (People, Planet, Process, Product, and Prosperity). The company’s people received recognition, being named a Great Place to Work for the fifth consecutive year and ranked as India's Best Workplaces™ in Auto & Auto Components 2026.
