The consolidated financial statement reflected a one-time impact of ₹11.71 Crores for the quarter and ₹84.95 Crores for the year.

Additionally, SRF Ltd reported that it had repaid all commercial papers due and payable during the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company's commercial paper programme is rated CRISIL A1+ by CRISIL and IND A1+ by India Ratings.

In relation to previous tax matters, the company had received a favorable order from the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) covering assessment years 2011-12 and 2013-14, primarily concerning the taxability of income related to Carbon Emission Reduction Certificates (CERs).
