He currently serves as Executive Director of Wockhardt Limited and CEO & Trustee of the Wockhardt Foundation. Through his work with the foundation, he has supported rural healthcare access via the Mobile 1000 initiative across remote regions of India. Furthermore, Dr. Khorakiwala is the Founder of the I Am Peacekeeper Movement, a global community focused on promoting peace and human values. He holds an alumni status from Yale University School of Management and has received several international honors, including a Knighthood and honorary doctorates for his humanitarian contributions.
The company also appointed Mr. Nikhil Saran Mathur (DIN: 00192195) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive), effective June 10, 2026. The appointment follows the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Mr. Mathur is identified as an accomplished business leader with broad experience spanning real estate, finance, international trade, marketing, aviation, infrastructure, and emerging technologies. His professional background includes serving as CEO of Lloyds Realty Limited. Both Dr. Khorakiwala and Mr. Mathur have been confirmed as not being related to any existing director of the company, nor are they debarred from holding directorial office by order of SEBI or any other authority.
