Solara Active Pharma Sciences Limited has approved the conversion of partly paid up Rights Equity Shares into fully paid up equity shares following the receipt of requisite call monies. The Board of Directors, through a Circular Resolution passed on August 19, 2026, sanctioned the conversion of 279,582 partly paid up Rights Equity Shares into fully paid up equity shares with a face value of Rs. 10 per share for Solara Active Pharma Sciences Limited.The converted shares comprise two distinct groups, each relating to different types of call monies received from shareholders. The company confirmed that the conversion decision was made after issuing the Final Reminder Cum Forfeiture Notice to holders who had not paid the pending First Call Money and Second and Final Call Money concerning their partly paid up Rights Equity Shares.
The 279,582 shares being converted are categorized as follows:
- Second and Final Call Monies Settled: 223,051 Rights Equity Shares of face value Rs. 10 each were successfully converted. These shareholders had paid Rs. 262.50 per share, which consisted of Rs. 7 towards the face value and Rs. 255.50 towards premium.
- First and Second and Final Call Monies Settled: 56,531 Rights Equity Shares of face value Rs. 10 each were converted. These shareholders had paid a total of Rs. 243.75 per share, which included Rs. 6.5 towards the face value and Rs. 237.25 towards premium.
The company stated that it will now undertake the necessary steps to implement these corporate actions and obtain listing and trading approvals for the Converted Rights Equity Shares.
