Sobha Ltd. Reports Record Annual Sales in FY2026
Sobha Ltd. concluded fiscal year 2026 on a strong note, achieving its highest-ever annual sales valued at ₹81.36 billion, according to a regulatory update. The company recorded a new sales area of 5.54 million square feet (sft) at an average realization of ₹14,675 per sft, reflecting a 30% growth compared to fiscal year 2025.Despite global uncertainties including trade policy shifts and geopolitical tensions in West Asia, India’s residential real estate sector demonstrated resilience, supported by robust domestic consumption and a stable homebuying environment. India's strong macroeconomic fundamentals were underscored by record GST collections exceeding ₹2 lakh crore in March 2026, along with an estimated GDP growth of 7.6% for fiscal year 2026.
Bangalore accounted for the largest share of sales, contributing ₹44.78 billion, or 55% of the total. The National Capital Region (NCR) contributed ₹24.55 billion (30%), while Kerala contributed ₹8.08 billion (10%). All other cities accounted for ₹3.96 billion, or 5% of total sales.
In the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026, Sobha recorded sales of ₹20.39 billion, with a new sales area of 1.34 million sft at an average price of ₹15,268 per sft. Bangalore’s sales value was ₹10.37 billion, representing 51% of overall sales.

Key highlights from fiscal year 2026 include a 35% increase in the Sobha share of sales value to ₹67.06 billion, and a 9% improvement in average realization to ₹14,675 per sft. The company expanded its real estate presence to two new cities: Greater Noida and Mumbai.
During the fourth quarter, Sobha launched three projects across three cities with a total saleable area of 3,281,376 sft. These included SOBHA Woods Whispering Hill in Trivandrum (252,255 sft), SOBHA Altair in East Bangalore (456,598 sft) and SOBHA Rivana in Greater Noida (2,572,523 sft).
