Snowman Logistics Ltd announced several key changes in its board structure and key managerial personnel following a Board meeting held on April 20, 2026. The Board took decisions regarding the appointment and cessation of Independent Directors, alongside changes in the office of the Company Secretary.Changes in Independent Directorship
The Board of Directors approved the appointment of two individuals as Additional Directors designated as Non-Executive Independent Directors.Mr. Raghav Chandra was appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director, effective April 20, 2026. His tenure is for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval.
Similarly, Ms. Sriparna Ganguly Chaudhuri was appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director, also effective from April 20, 2026, for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval.
The Board also confirmed the cessation of two independent directors due to the completion of their second consecutive five-year term. Mr. Arun Kumar Gupta ceased serving as Non-Executive Independent Director, effective April 26, 2026. Mr. Bhaskar Avula Reddy also ceased his role as Non-Executive Independent Director, effective April 26, 2026.
Transition in Key Management Leadership
The company also announced a change in its chief secretarial function. Mr. Sohan Singh Dhakad tendered his resignation from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel). His resignation is effective from the close of business hours on April 30, 2026.In succession, Ms. Richa Gupta was appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel). This appointment was effective from May 1, 2026.
