The company confirmed that it maintains adequate security cover, specifically stating that all secured NCDs issued are fully covered by a pari-passu charge created over all present and future Trade Receivables and Margin Trading Facility (MTF) Receivables of the company. The required minimum security cover is 110% of the outstanding principal amount of the NCDs and interest due and payable thereon, which SMC Global Securities reported maintaining as of June 30, 2026.
