Regency Fincorp Agrees to Hold Board Meeting to Discuss Q2 Results and Non-Convertible Debenture Issue​

Regency Fincorp Ltd has scheduled a meeting of its Board of Directors for July 20, 2026, to review the company's recent financial performance and address key financing initiatives. The board meeting is set to cover both the unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026.

The agenda for the board includes the consideration of the un-audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, which will be accompanied by a Limited Review Report from the Statutory Auditors.
