Key Highlights​

Quarterly Performance (Q4 FY'26):
The quarter saw record figures, with revenue reaching ₹16,666 million, marking a 29% growth over Q4 FY'25. EBITDA stood at ₹1,734 million, up 40% year-on-year, while EBITDA margins improved to 10.4%, attributed to stronger contract quality and operational efficiency. Profit After Tax (PAT) increased by 70%, arriving at ₹756 million, marking the fourth consecutive quarter of double-digit bottom-line growth.

Annual Performance (12M FY'26):
For the full year, Skipper recorded its highest-ever annual revenue of ₹55,528 million (up 20% YoY). The company also achieved strong profit and margin growth, with the stand-alone EBITDA margin improving to 10.3% compared to 9.8% year-on-year. Profit Before Tax (PBT) grew 47% to ₹2,864 million, while PAT jumped 42% to ₹2,073 million.

Order Book and Business Growth​

The company’s business pipeline remains robust. The March 2026 closing order book stood at an all-time high of ₹85,020 million, comprising 90% domestic and 10% export orders. New order inflows for 12 months in FY'26 totaled ₹56,780 million, including large domestic EPC contracts from PGCIL and key international markets. Q4 FY'26 saw order inflows of ₹10,290 million. The bidding pipeline is also at an all-time high of approximately ₹330,000 million.

Operationally, the EPC Division is currently executing approximately 5,000 circuit kilometres of EHV and HVDC transmission line work as of March 2026. The company also commissioned four 765 kV projects during the year, covering 940 circuit kilometres and valued at ₹15,000 million, alongside securing its largest-ever order in the North American market.

Strategic and Operational Milestones​

In addition to financial gains, Skipper reported several strategic achievements. The company successfully prototyped and tested the world's heaviest transmission tower, weighing 293 MT, setting a new global industry benchmark. Furthermore, the first-ever testing of Composite Insulated Cross Arms (CICA) in India was completed by Skipper.

On the global front, Skipper established Skipper LATAM, its Brazilian subsidiary, to enhance its focus on Latin America. Subsidiaries in the UAE and the USA are also in the final implementation phase. Capacity expansion is progressing smoothly, with the 75,000 MTPA capacity expansion on track to take the total installed capacity to 450,000 MTPA by June 2026.

Commenting on the strong results, Mr. Sharan Bansal, Director, stated that the FY'26 results reflect a multi-year strategy focused on operational excellence and disciplined growth. He highlighted that the combination of record revenue, expanded standalone EBITDA margins to 10.3%, and high PAT growth reinforced the company's structural stability.

Mr. Devesh Bansal, Director, emphasized the industry milestones, noting the world's heaviest transmission tower prototype and India's first-ever CICA testing as evidence of deep engineering capability. He added that the company secured its largest international order in the North American market, bolstering global confidence.

Mr. Siddharth Bansal, Director, focused on the Polymer division's performance, noting that the year culminated in the highest quarterly performance in Q4. He mentioned that the increased market penetration, portfolio expansion of over 250 SKUs, and improved relationships with channel partners positioned the company strongly for continued leadership in the polymer business.
