SJVN Limited Enters Tripartite Agreement with RTAs
SJVN Limited announced on March 25, 2026, that it has entered into a tripartite agreement with Alankit Assignments Limited and MAS Services Limited. The agreement was finalized on March 20, 2026. This development follows a prior disclosure made on January 23, 2026, regarding the transition of registrar and transfer agent (RTA) services.The agreement facilitates the transfer of responsibilities from Alankit Assignments Limited, the erstwhile RTA, to MAS Services Limited, the new RTA. This is in compliance with Regulation 7 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. SJVN Limited is listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited under symbol SJVN-EQ and on the Bombay Stock Exchange under script code 533206.
